A mock Advertising Campaign for the New Jersey Devils in order to grow their fanbase
The New Jersey Devils are the state’s only remaining professional sports team with “New Jersey” in the name (RIP the Nets). Straddled between the larger fanbases in New York and Philly, they are considered a small market team. The Devils have been seeking new ways to grow their fanbase throughout the state of New Jersey as they are referred to as “Jersey’s Team.” The whole idea was to advertise in an untraditional way. When you think of sports advertising you go to the boring images of the players celebrating, along with “get tickets today.” In Jersey, the people are rowdy and obnoxious so the ads for Jersey’s remaining team have reflect the energetic, bold nature of the residents of the Garden State.
